HIPLEX NATURALLY REINFORCES HAIR!
HIPLEX treatment technology reconstructs the hairs fibre powdered along by natures antidote to damaged hair, a hydrolyzed plant protein, Keravis™. Keravis™ is known for its extreme resistance to aggressive chemicals. Chemicals found in bleach (mainly persulphates) and coloring dyes (mainly ammonia) are simply not able to destroy it. Keravis™ acts from within the hair, reconstructing the capillary fibre, reinforcing it and providing maximum protection against hair breakage.
WHY KERAVIS?
Keravis™ is designed to deliver optimal anti-breakage benefits. It is a multifaceted protein based complex which acts on all of the three fundamental parameters of hair strength: tensile properties, bending modulus and cuticle abrasion. The unique chemical composition of Keravis™ allows it to penetrate into the hair cortex, building strength from within, while providing film forming effects to reinforce, lubricate and protect the surface of the hair. These properties combine to strengthen the hair, thus, helping to reduce the degree of damage hair sustains from chemical treatments, environmental stresses or styling practices.
Keravis™ is a co-polymer, meaning a polymer made of two different sized molecules. One being of a low molecular weight whilst the other is of a high molecular weight. The component of a low molecular weight trespasses the cortex and penetrates deeply into the hair where it acts on the cells of the sulphur bridges making them elastical and smooth and hydrating them. Therefore, this molecule is the most important of the two to protect the hair during the lightening or coloring processes. The use of this molecule has been researched for a long time and it has been proven that it would need a strength of 9 times higher in order to break or damage the hair. The end result is healthier hair (more shiny and conditioned).
The component of a high molecular weight. It remains outside the hair where it reinforces the cuticle, giving the hair a spectacular shine. It also improves combing properties of the hair.
In summary Keravis™ has one protective and reinforcing function inside the hair and one conditioning and shine function at the outside.
WHY HIPLEX?
Keravis™ may be used in multiple products in the industry however it‘s not just a matter of the ingredient being added to a formulation that provides such a unique product, it lies within the concentration of the ingredient used and if it has been mixed with ingredients. Here lies the difference between similar products in the market. Only above a certain concentration of Keravis™, does the product develops it’s protective function. If the concentration is not high enough the protective function is only minimal! As usual, at HIPERTIN we have chosen a very high and effective concentration. Therefore, the results with HIPLEX are comparably excellent.
