The oil is responsible for boosting the lift and keeping the lightener result predictable. It is our way to achieve up to 9 levels of lift, quicker, with lower volume developers. The oil-base in the developer also offers optimal mixing and application due to its creamy consistency.
The 20-Volume Oil Developer is to be used on-scalp, length & ends. Blond Studio 9 Oil Developer is to be mixed exclusively with Blond Studio 9 Lightening Powder.
DEVELOPMENT TIME: The development time for Blond Studio 9 is a maximum of 50 minutes.
RINSING: When development time is complete, rinse thoroughly with warm water. Shampoo with a L'Oréal Professionnel Post-Color Shampoo.
