To Use: Shampoo, rinse and pour Swimmers Hair Treatment crystals across wet palm. Rub hands together, adding water (30ml) to dissolve crystals. Apply and scrunch throughout hair for up to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Apply Miracle Repair and allow to remain on hair for 3–5 minutes then rinse.
