This breakthrough formula contains no Ammonia or Thio and generates damage free results. It leaves the client's hair with a pleasant aroma even after adding the acidic activator to the perm lotion.
The activated lotion will perform up to five hours if left open and up to one year if properly reclosed. The unique wave lotion and non color lifting bromate neutralizer contains Meadow Foam Seed and Kukui Nut Extract to strengthen disulfide bonds for long lasting curl retention. Hair will be healthier looking with enhanced conditioning and buoyancy. Hair curls will have increased elasticity with no negative post perm color. A gentler way for easy to style curls.
Tidal Waves #3 - Exothermic Perm:
Firm. Self-heating perm. For fine or resistant hair that does not hold other perms well. Gives a crisp “S” curl pattern; very well defined curl. Long lasting curl. Can be used on color treated hair up to 20 volume.
