The Wahl Staggertooth Blade is made up of square teeth, alternating from tall to short creating a Stagger Tooth Effect.
This means the blade provides two cutting paths for the hair to feed through, literally cutting the hair at two different lengths with each pass, leaving you with a softer/textured cut.
